Sailing challenges the manager

Anyone who sails has to plan, decide and delegate. Sometimes it means rethinking. You often have to be flexible in order to achieve your goal and you often have to learn to deal with resistance.

Are you an entrepreneur, executive or manager in a leadership role? Come on board: recognize your strengths, work on your weaknesses and goals, or take some time out to recharge your batteries.

My leadership training is leadership development in a special way. The training lasts four to eight days, or by arrangement, and is individually and exclusively customized. During this time, you will not only sail intensively. In the evenings and - if conditions during the trip allow - during the day, we will deal with the topic of leadership and your personal issues and goals. You are the focus of the training.
